Beautiful place! Had such a great experience. Waitress (Lexi) was wonderful and the food was delicious! Started with the fried oysters. Can’t recommend this enough! Hubby and I shared plates. We had the chicken fried ny strip and the bone-in ribeye. Both were great but the fried ny strip really stood out. The gravy it came with was out of this world. Great bar along with strong wine selection. Loved our experience here. Will definitely return the next time we are in town.

We had an excellent dining experience!! The service was excellent and the staff so attentive and friendly! The Chef also toured our table to make sure our meals were delicious. We ordered sirloin steak, several ribeyes and they were all cooked to perfection with unbelievable flavor and tenderness! Our sides and appetizers were also enjoyable and all our serving sizes were more than enough (my husband and I split our meal). I highly recommend this family owned and operated Steak House, serving their own locally raised beef (Bluff Dale) and processed by them in Dublin. We will absolutely be coming back and recommend highly to everyone we know!’

We love Newton’s Saddlerack in Stephenville, TX. Great steakhouse with a cozy, western vibe. Full bar offered. Our group of four skipped appetizers, starting with salads. The wedge salad and house salads were large and could easily be shared. Very fresh ingredients offered. Steaks were served as ordered and sea bass tender and moist. Deserts of crème brûlée and Kaluah brownie and ice cream were thoroughly enjoyed. A wonderful evening enjoyed among friends. Great service, food and atmosphere.

We dined on Christmas Eve with a rather large party. The food is good. The filet was the best plate, in my opinion (we tried almost one of every entree). Nice presentation of food. The service, unfortunately, was not at the level of the food. The servers are extremely nice, just not trained properly for what would be expected at a typical five star restaurant.
