We had an exceptional dining experience at Jeff Ruby’s Carlo & Johnny, and our server, Ashley, made it absolutely unforgettable. We were thrilled to be seated in her section again, as she had served us before and left a lasting impression. Ashley’s service was nothing short of impeccable—her attention to detail, professionalism, and warmth elevated our evening. She has an incredible ability to recommend the perfect cocktail, dessert, and after-dinner beverages, tailoring her suggestions to match our preferences perfectly. Her knowledge of the menu and drink offerings is second to none, and her recommendations truly enhanced our experience. The service at Carlo & Johnny is consistently the best in the city, and Ashley exemplifies the excellence that Jeff Ruby’s is known for. Went for a date night because we received a gift card. Had already been for their amazing Happy Hour. Just going for dinner was new to us. We made reservations, had a drink at the bar and were seated quickly. The staff was spectacular!!! Food was great! Just to be constructive, if I had to point out anything that could be better….. we would like to have seen more appetizers. Very small shareable menu that would have had us there longer and spend more money. We would probably stick to Happy Hour only because we like to share stuff sometimes. The other thing…. A butter knife with the bread and butter would be awesome. It’s hard to spread butter with a steak knife. Overall, loved it.

We enjoyed going t0 White Castle's special Valentine's night. Everything was good and we will go again.
