- KKimberlySacramento / Sacramento Valley •1 review5.0Dined 1 day agoThis was our second time dining here, and it definitely did not disappoint! We came in on a Friday night before heading to a concert at The Venue, and it was the perfect start to a great evening. The fresh bread to start was a delight, and the Amuse-bouche was a welcomed surprise that set the tone for the meal. We ordered the oysters, and they were incredibly fresh. The Mignonette sauce was an ideal pairing — tangy and refreshing! For the main courses, we opted for the prime rib and the A5 Waygu steak. The prime rib was cooked exactly to the temperature my partner ordered, and the Waygu… wow. It was hands down the best steak I’ve ever had in my life. It was so tender I could probably cut it with a butter knife, and it was cooked perfectly medium rare. We were too full for dessert after such a satisfying meal, but we were gifted a lovely complimentary chocolate toffee-type dessert that was a great end to the evening. The service was good overall; we were greeted promptly for drinks, but there was a bit of a wait before our server came to take our order. Once he arrived, though, he was attentive and friendly. It’s a bit loud, but that’s expected in a casino setting. Despite that, we had a wonderful experience and will definitely be back! Highly recommend if you're looking for a fantastic meal before a night out.More infoHigh Steaks - Thunder Valley Casino ResortPrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Lincoln•4.7

As a person who wears hearing aids, I admit the noise level was very high for me. It made it very difficult for me to communicate with my table mates. But the food more than made up for it. We dine early to avoid the crowd and the noise, but this time it was pretty busy. We will be back love the food love the staff love the ambience.More infoRose Park BistroPrice: Moderate• Bistro• Roseville•4.7
- LLarrySacramento / Sacramento Valley •5 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoThe service was excellent. The staff made sure we were taken care of and offered very good suggestions. The food we had was very good. The Market Table and Brazilian sides (Like a salad bar but with so much more) gave us many fresh options to go with our meal. The only down side is the structure of the menu. They offer a Full Churrasco (unlimited table side carving of various meats) and a Single Churrasco Cut (unlimited table side carving of only one meat). Being a person of advancing age I can't eat as much as I used to, and couldn't take advantage of the Full Churrasco ($71). I opted for the Single Churrasco ($39). I would have like to have a sampler of the meat selection so I could have made a more informed decision regarding the single meat selection, or be given a single serving - rather than an unlimited serving - of the various meats. My wife had the salmon with chimichurri and she loved it.More infoFogo de Chao - RosevillePrice: Moderate• Brazilian• Roseville•4.3
- AAnthonyVIPSacramento / Sacramento Valley •42 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoWe had a wonderful dinner for our anniversary at Paul Martin's recently. Our server, Tom was delightful and the food was cooked perfectly! We started with the ahi poke cups and calamari them moved on to our main course. I enjoyed the blackened Rib Steak and my husband enjoyed the Halibut. Both were cooked perfectly! I had ordered the brussel sprouts instead of mashed potatoes - which the kitchen forgot to send out but otherwise it was a WONDERFUL evening!!!More infoPaul Martin's American Grill - RosevillePrice: Moderate• American• Roseville•4.4
- SshaneSacramento / Sacramento Valley •2 reviews5.0Dined on Jan 12, 2025Went here for our anniversary. It was amazing, the staff was very friendly and they even gave us a little plaque for the table saying happy anniversary. They brought us out champagne and a complimentary slice of chocolate cake. Food and drinks were amazing, and you have to get the baked brie.More infoFriar Tuck's Restaurant & BarPrice: Expensive• American• Nevada City•4.4
