From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by a welcoming, baseball-themed atmosphere that made us feel right at home. One of the highlights was stepping into Wrigley Field—virtually, of course—using their incredible simulator. It was such a cool experience to take swings in a major-league setting, and it brought out the competitive spirit in all of us. The staff was delightful—friendly, attentive, and clearly passionate about making the experience memorable. While waiting for our turn in the cage, we enjoyed a delicious meal. The cheeseburgers were juicy and flavorful, and the cherry BBQ wings were a perfect balance of sweet and tangy. And the fries? Think Five Guys fries but even better—crispy, perfectly seasoned, and totally addictive! The vibe was so inviting and fun that we ended up purchasing t-shirts to remember our time together. This wasn’t just a meal or an activity; it was a full-on family experience that we’ll be talking about for a long time. My wife and I I celebrated our 10 year anniversary. I have been to Buona Sera several times and it never disappoints. We had shared the calamari(with two dipping sauces, which were both delicious). I had the Chicken Parmesan, I highly recommend. My wife had a lemon shrimp pasta, which she really enjoyed. We shared the Crème Brûlée which was a Carmel espresso and it was delicious! Please, visit Buona Sera for your next dinner out!

Right away from entering the establishment the level of service was outstanding! I had dropped my girlfriend off at the the door and the staff knew right where she was. Pointed me in the right direction. While waiting for our table we had a drink at the bar & the staff there made great recommendations. Another hostess came to get us for our table. Once we were seated our server fully explained the menu for our first time being there. She was absolutely amazing! We took her recommendations for an appetizer and our steaks were cooked to perfection! The flavor profile was stunning! The level of service was absolutely outstanding! To end our evening experience we got to chat with Santa & Mrs Claus! When leaving the restaurant every staff member thanked us for coming in tonight. We look forward to dining again there! 

Good service, friendly staff. Off to a good start. They’ll do well at that location.

Cute place with a nice atmosphere. The food (shrimp alfredo) was fabulous and our waitress was super friendly and attentive. (I forgot her name) We will definitely return!!
