Wonderful overall experience, as usual. Very enjoyable place to have a delicious meal, served by a fine group of young people ready to please you.

Their bread, their greens and their spinach dip is amazing! I have had their French onion soup and their prime rib sound and didn't care for either. The French onion was too thick and the prime rib was really fatty. I really want this place to do well. My friends salmon was great. It has a fun, eclectic atmosphere. Their wait staff needs a little more experience. My friend ordered a cabernet and they brought her a rose, then a white and finally a cabernet. The waitress was very nice, just a little inexperienced. Their chicken and kale salad with peanut Thai dressing is wonderful. I think they just need to iron out a few things and they will do well. Their sourdough bread is also to die for! We will keep coming back.

We had a wonderful experience. Food took longer to be served than expected but our waiter was very nice and helpful. It didn’t feel rushed and we have time to have pleasant conversations. When food arrived it was delicious. Definitely we will be back when visiting Lubbock again.

The nicest wait staff that I have encountered in a long while, and then one of the best meals I have had a while as well! Everyone should try this local restaurant! The owner came by the table to ask how our food was and to thank us for coming in.

Our experience at Claraboya was superb. The greeting at entry and by the wait staff was friendly and genuine. Drinks and food was delivered in a timely manner and all were extremely good. From the first bite, we both agreed...."we are coming back here!"
