Another excellent meal, probably our fifth. The food is consistently excellent and the service usually excellent, as it was this time.

Favorite restaurant in Greensboro. Simply love this place. Food, service, ambiance just couldn't be better. Chris, Jason and the entire crew are wonderful folks too.

My wife and I were in the mood for something new and a little adventurous. We came across Pangaea and decided to give it a try. ATMOSHPERE: It has a chill vibe and clean, rustic atmosphere that we found very relaxing. (Can't wait for the rooftop to open!) If you're a bourbon fan, you'll be impressed with the selection. The cocktail menu offers something for everyone. I had the Alex Fashion (Old Fashion smoke infused and smooth,). My wife enjoyed a delicious Spanish red wine. SERVICE: The service was outstanding. Alex, the bartender and, (you guessed it), the namesake of the Old Fashion, was super knowledgeable and friendly. We also spoke with Juan (owner), who patiently shared the story of Pangaea. Our server, Emily, was a delight too. FOOD: Outstanding! We like variety and trying things from all over the world. It's especially nice when you can try a variety of things without committing to a full meal by sampling the starters and small plates. We selected the savory Sweet Plantain Gnocchi fusion with red, chorizo piperade sauce (Basque country), Beef Kofta (Mediterranean) on naan bread with a tangy, tzatziki-like yogurt sauce, Papas Bravas with a creamy, red sauce, and the Green Coconut Curry Pork Tenderloin - a Thai inspired dish of sliced tenderloin (cuts with a fork) with a creamy sauce with just the right amount of heat and side of coconut rice. Loved it all!! Can't wait to bring our friends next month.

The place is very nice and the food outstanding!!! We arrived at 5 and take advantage of the happy hour with a very delicious charcuterie board and then a vegetarian risotto, a hamburger and the salmon all of them really really good!!!
