De pronto como amantes de la cocina estamos necesitados de encontrar en nuestra ciudad un lugar acogedor, pequeño, de caras conocidas y cálidas. Un ambiente relajado y fresco, que no sea pretencioso, pero sí inspirador.Tostévere con una propuesta de cocina ecléctica y ambiciosa, ha ido cumpliendo expectativas altas de comensales exigentes. Algo que puede caracterizar al lugar, es la cocina “honesta”, tal cual la describe Antonio, quien realizó el menú. Porciones y precios correctos. Ticket que no destaca por barato pero que con gusto acabas pagando: productos de calidad, cocina trabajada, servicio de excelencia y calidez.

Chef Vicente Torres is a chef originally from Ibiza, a Spanish island in the Mediterranean and one of the most well-known cuisines in the world, which influenced his cooking. He received his first Michelin star at the restaurant La Sucursal, in the Valencian Institute of Modern Art (IVAM). The concept was developed and executed by Bruce James, who with an eclectic and sophisticated design, managed to create an atmosphere that escapes San Miguel de Allende. The ornamentation, reflections, and geometry play an important role in constructing a timeless environment that refers to the aesthetics of Art Deco, and at the same time, has design touches that place us in the current context and intensify the contrast between the past and present. The eclecticism that characterizes this project can be seen in its cuisine, a mix of a brasserie and a steakhouse. The bar was recovered from an old cantina, which now offers an exquisite selection of whiskeys and classic cocktails.

La terraza en Numu tiene una ubicación ideal para mejorar todavía la experiencia tan apreciada de las terrazas en San Miguel de Allende. Está en Nemesio Diez, a unos pasos del parque Juárez y con excelente perspectiva de casas y torres de iglesias coloniales, especialmente de la Catedral de San Miguel Arcángel. En esta terraza se puede disfrutar sin prisa, de un exquisito menú de desayunos con platos ricos, abundantes e indulgentes, además de opciones saludables. El chiste es despertar sin prisa, comer con calma, y darse el regalo - más raro cada vez - de estar, sin ver el teléfono ni el reloj. Ese es el verdadero lujo, el de tener tiempo para disfrutar, es estar con quien se comparte la terraza.Luego, por la tarde, es un punto maravilloso para dar la bienvenida al atardecer, que será casi un ritual, por su posición. Será la música que ve caer la tarde, y de ahí, la noche que mantiene este espíritu de no correr, de no tener que demostrar nada, porque simplemente, es.

This is our 4th visit in the past year to Quince. We have had an excellent meal each. Sushi is some of the best we have had in the world. The service at the table has always been excellent. Lacy nice was the best with Rosa as our primary and Nancy as support. The only issue we have with Quince is the front greeting staff. They are not as friendly as you would expect at a fine restaurant like Quince. It seems they want to make you wait. When we reached the dining area there were plenty of open tables.

View is exceptional, food was good but service was slow. All 3 dishes came out 5 minutes apart so first person finishing when the pizza arrived. Will try again as view is so nice.

The rooftop brunvh was terrific… we were alone dining as it was Christmas day. We had ham and eggs with the best tiny sauages and potatoes. My husband had avocado toast with grilled tomatoes ehich he loved. Great value and amazing views!!
