- BBrianUtah •2 reviews5.0Dined todayVery well done and great food and service. Short rib is the tenderest falls apart. Rack of lamb was spectacular. This is not your mother and fathers fine dining venue and you shouldn't expect it to be. Great nouveau ambiance with great food.More infoSTK - Salt Lake CityPrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• Downtown•4.1

- TterryVIPAlabama •69 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoOur dining experience was excellent. Therefore, this may be a little longer. The Golden Hour martini was a real favorite. Our appetizers were excellent. The eildgame tartare was beyond description, best tartare I've ever eaten. The octopus, done in a Spanish bbq style, was a little spicy for me, but cooked perfectly. The Ceasars salad was the real deal, with white anchovies. The entres stole the show. Charred Elk Chops were best I've ever had, thick, cooked rare+, at my request, brocollini and other complimentary sides. Soooooooo goid. The Red Trout was equally good, and had a wonderful accompanying side of creamed corn, real hominy and other vegetables. Haven't had good hominy in decades. This was the real thing. Dessert was a beautiful presentation of chocolate mousse.. and it was the crowning glory. Sooooooooooooo recommend this dining experience.More info350 MainPrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Park City•4.7
