- RRussellVirginia •5 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoBilly’s is always consistent in quality. Our waiter was great but the wrong appetizers were brought to our table and that server just looked confused and almost knocked over my wine glass. We never received our bread service during the meal, which is usually included. It was Christmas Eve so they were busy and seemed to be handling things well.More infoBilly's RoanokePrice: Expensive• American• Roanoke•4.6

- DDavidChicago / Illinois •19 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoOverall Lucky is a GEM! We visited on the Monday before Christmas. While many restaurants were closed - because it was Monday, leadership at Lucky made the wise decision to be open. It was a busy night in downtown Roanoke and the restaurant was pretty full as a result. To my thinking it also gave the employees a chance to make some good Christmas tips. I suspect that the restaurants that were closed will be also be closed Tuesday and Wednesday as well because of Christmas Eve and Christmas Day respectively. That leaves the employees with 3 days with no pay or tips. Good job Lucky! With respect to food and service: The food and drink menus are inventive and inspiring. I was impressed by the quality, taste and presentation of the food. I think the prices are a smidge high but the quality, SERVICE, and ambiance certainly make up for it. Based on our one visit, I will say that Lucky seems to be a GEM in the Roanoke restaurant scene.More infoLuckyPrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Roanoke•4.8

- AAndrewDallas - Fort Worth •2 reviews5.0Dined on Dec 18, 2024In our first visit to OTH Chophouse, we were very impressed with the presentation, ambience, and preparation of our meal. We both had a signature cocktail. My Smokehouse cocktail had a natural smokiness without being overpowered my the sweet maple - a well executed balance. My entree was the Mahi, which was delicious. I also choose the brussel sprouts, grilled to perfection with yellow raisins within, providing a yummy contrast. All in all, a wonderful experience. We will be back.More infoOTH Chophouse & Oyster BarPrice: Expensive• Seafood• Roanoke•4.6
