Another delicious meal-- Ceasar Salad with to-die-for pillowy croutons, perfectly prepared Truffle Risotto, sauteed spinach with fresh garlic and local butter, and housemade pistachio gelato with orange and almond biscotti. The ambiance was lovely - great space! I enjoyed my seafood pie, but I felt there was too much mashed potato in proportion to the amount of seafood in it. The arugula salad was terrific - plenty for two of us - as was the whipped feta with pears. My husband very much liked his meatloaf (it looked like a small portion of the meat to me, but he was fine with it). Our son really liked the scallops as well. There were five, which was generous, but the MP was $55, which is quite high for Brattleboro. We also weren't thrilled when our bill arrived and we found out that the sparkling water was $10, whereas our server only asked if we preferred filtered or sparkling water without mentioning the cost. We will gladly return, but knowing the cost in advance. The menu had some really good choices - the food was yummy and interesting without being dauntingly esoteric.

Outstanding restaurant in downtown Keene, NH. We had a lovely lunch here while on vacation.

We love this spot. Such a fantastic atmosphere, friendly people and staff, and wonderful food. It's a special place!

My wife and I had an early dinner that was exceptional. All of the staff and especially our server, Alyson, were pleasant, helpful, efficient and accommodating. We decided to share the Bulgogi appetizer that did not disappoint. Our entrees, Tuscan Salmon and Crab stuffed shrimp were perfectly prepared and plated. The wine and hazelnut praline dessert were wonderful. Around 5PM a musician began playing his guitar and singing. This was our first time at the Grove and as you can tell we enjoyed the whole experience and will definitely return.
