We had to ask our waiter for everything. Ask for butter for bread, which we have never had to do before. After we had our salad we had to ask for a clean plate for our meal, never had to do that. He was very slow in coming back to us for anything and it wasn’t crowded. Had to ask for more bread, more water. Took forever to get a glass of wine, more than half way through the meal when we final got it and ordered with the salad. Meal was good service was awful.

Great time, Nikki was a great server! Loved the food as always!

We went on Valentines Day and the White Castle management and staff went out of their way to make ordinary but tasty fast-food and atmosphere better
