The Carte Blanche Team is passionate about combining fresh ingredients to create a local cuisine for the Hamburg NY area. We are dedicated to creating an atmosphere that is both friendly and inviting for our local residents and visitors.During this time we must follow all CDC guidelines regarding masks. The food was spectacular! The sauce was like homemade, and the portions were HUGE. I had the lasagna because of reviews I had seen and it did not disappoint. Impossible to eat all of it. My daughter got the gnocchi, and I sampled it - excellent. The chicken parm was enough for two (maybe three!) to eat. Highly recommended!

This is our go to restaurant. The atmosphere is really nice the food is very good and the prices are reasonable. Im a plant based eater and will have fish when we go out . All the fish dishes are great at Mason’s Grille . Our waitress the past 2 times we dined there was Stacey . Excellent waitress.
