We recently celebrated our anniversary at Mastro’s in Thousand Oaks, and it was an absolutely exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was elegant and inviting, setting the perfect tone for a special evening. Our server was attentive, knowledgeable, and made sure every detail was just right. The cocktails were expertly crafted, and the wine selection was impressive. For dinner, we indulged in the filet mignon, which was cooked to perfection, and the buttery lobster mashed potatoes were a decadent treat. Of course, we couldn’t leave without ordering the famous butter cake—an absolute must-try! The entire evening felt luxurious and celebratory, and we truly appreciated the impeccable service and attention to detail. If you’re looking for a place to celebrate a special occasion, Mastro’s in Thousand Oaks is the perfect choice. We’ll definitely be back!

Went to celebrate our 18 year anniversary and everyone and the food were all amazing! Definitely making another visit soon and recommending to others!

We have been to Nonna many times; however, the special Valentine's Day dinner items were the best meals we have eaten there. The lobster bisque had large chunks of lobster; the beet salad with spinach, gorgonzola cheese, candied pecans and pomegranate seeds was superior to any I have had at other restaurant. The braised beef in a hearty sauce was quite good as well. The special desserts included a wonderful cake with fresh strawberries and cream filled donuts were especially delicious. The service was excellent, as usual. It would be good to see these special dishes on the regular menu in the future.

An early Valentines dinner for two on a Wednesday. We timed it right where it wasn't busy at all and we got a ton of attention from great servers and great waiters!! Good drinks and great food. From ambiance to experience, we had an unforgettable night. Whole experience with a few drinks took about 2.5 hours. But we were taking our time, enjoying our self and we did not feel rushed. Would recommend. Shoutout to our waitress, Devin and our Gaucho server Miguel!

I had not been to West Tasting room in awhile and was looking forward to bringing my husband and friends. At the end of the meal we noticed a 3% service fee was added to the bill and then on top of that when paying by credit card the starting point was 20% for a tip. Seemed to be asking a lot and turned my husband off. I don't remember then asking for so much in the past. I don't mind tipping but I don't like the way they asked.
