Mia Margherita’s coal-fired oven celebrates pizza in its original intention. Our pizza dough is made in house. Every pizza is hand stretched and tossed by our pizzaiolos in front of our guests. The intensity of the coal-fired heat allows us to produce a very light, beautifully crispy, Neapolitan-style pizza. Great restaurant. Have been here several times and never had a bad experience. Everything we have ordered has been excellent. Just wish we lived closer because this is a favorite!!!!!!! I would give 10 stars if possible.

I highly recommend Bourbon Prime. My husband and I stay regularly in Morgantown as we drive from NYC to Lexington KY to see family. Bourbon Prime is now one of my favorite restaurants! The food (we all had steak) was delicious (main and sides) and readable priced for quality and portion size. The wine selection is small but solid and, again, very reasonably priced. And the service is EXCELLENT—friendly and efficient. We look forward to our next meal there!
