The building is a fine example of Early American Dutch rubble architecture featuring wide planked random width board floors, a fire place in each of the main rooms and many small multi-level rooms.The Hoffman House is located at the corner of the historic Stockade district in Kingston NY, and once served as fortification and a lookout. I had New Year’s Day brunch here with my mom and sisters. It is such a cool setting. So cozy and chic. The staff were so friendly and service was excellent. Can’t wait to come back for a drink at the bar!

Spectacular meal! Amazing service ! We spent a wonderful evening eating at the bar. Our bartender was amazing and his recommendation’s couldn’t be better. Do not skip the best onion soup we have ever had as well as a most delicious burger. Drinks were amazing as was dessert. If you are in the area we highly recommend!! We will be back .
