Premium meats with aged beef served fresh. Ssamjang has an open kitchen concept as our meats are sliced per order. Ssamjang is a traditional dipping sauce made from soybean paste and red pepper paste. It is slightly sweet and intensely savory. Mariah was a fantastic server. Her gentle and considerate replacement of the glasses and dinnerware was much appreciated. The food was fantastic and of the quality to be expected from the price. The patrons were a bit noisier than I had hoped, but it kept things lively.

Enjoyed but when door opened cold air came in. They had three large groups so probably a little more noisy than usual. Wait staff was very good even though also had one of the large groups.
