Due to our high volume and traffic, we cannot hold tables for parties like a reservation system. We have a system called Priority Seating.     Dabney & Co. is one-of-a-kind in Kalamazoo. The cocktails are hand-crafted. They look as good as they taste. Wonderful cozy atmosphere. Best of all is the staff and owners. We always feel welcome. It doesn’t get any better than this!

    My husband and I celebrated Valentine's at Brick & Brine. We had an outstanding server, Whitney, who was very attentive to our needs and knowledgeable of the menu. It always makes it more personable to strike up a meaningful conversation with the serving staff instead of being treated like a "customer". For our dinner, I had the brick and brine chicken which never fails to exceed expectation; my husband had the pork chop with brussel sprouts. All very delicious and made to perfection. Great job!
