This was our first time to The Salty Zebra and we will definitely be back! The food preparation and atmosphere were spot on. Highly recommend trying out this new restaurant

Phenomenal experience, food, service were exceptional. Our server Kate was as good as they come. Water glass was never empty. Was not rushed. Owner was present and very personable.

Wow, what another perfect culinary, dining experience!  The decor is very classy and elegant. We started with The amazing, Nancy Meatballs absolutely delicious. Then we enjoyed the arugula salad, the toasted pinenuts, and watermelon kick it up to a new level.  One of us had the short rib, full of rich flavor and tenderness. Another one of us had the amazing veal Parmesan absolutely heavenly.  I have been to EVO on several occasions, and never can get beyond the wonderful Italian dishes. But tonight I stepped out and went for the 45 day dry aged prime ribeye. And let me tell you it was an excellent decision. As it was one of the best steaks I have ever had in my entire life.  The broccoli rob and asparagus were both delicious. Let me tell you that Melissa always has her staff running on all cylinders lacking for nothing. Service could not be any better. 

It’s a loud restaurant, but you can certainly hold a conversation over the din. The food and service is excellent, as are the drinks. This is a lively, fun place. Many thanks to our server Emily!
