Restaurants near Coppess Nature Sanctuary

My wife and I both agreed that it was a dining “experience”. We search for venues that will “surprise and delight” us. Silas Creative Kitchen did both. Thanks again for making our special occasion a memorable evening. We will be back soon.

The food is amazing! The steaks we had were all cooked to perfection and deliciously seasoned. Some of the sides are a little unique, which we appreciated. Don’t miss out on the creamy risotto. Oh….and save room for some of the best chocolate cake you’ll ever have!

Our waiter Johnathon was phenomenal! We had a party of 12, anything over 6 is usually the kiss of death, and our waiter forgot nothing! Our drinks came out quickly! The apps, more drinks and entree’s all came out hot, prepared very well and tasty. I ordered the short rib bolognese, which was delicious!! We would absolutely host events at The Foundry in the future!

Omygoodness, fun, excellent food, great service. Quite busy, thank goodness for reservations. Can't wait to go back! They do very well, all around.

Loved the atmosphere and the food was delicious. Waitress and staff were friendly. However, the jambalaya was a 1/4 of the size of all the other entrees at our table. It was like eating sauce and rice. There were a total of 5 very tiny pieces of seafood and nothing else in the sauce.
