The food was amazing! The staff were all great as well and kept us coming back. We loved this place and the food will impress you! Would highly recommend going here any time of day!More infoSunset GrillePrice: Moderate• Steakhouse• St Thomas•4.6

- JJulieDetroit / Eastern Michigan •6 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoWe had a very enjoyable meal at SeaSalt. We all really enjoyed the appetizers we ordered: ceviche, house made burrata and raw oysters. For entrees, our table guests had the lobster, king snapper, sea bass and lettuce wraps. Everyone enjoyed their selections. Dessert was ok, but we all felt the first two courses were better. We shared the salt chocolate mousse and the coconut Panna cotta between 5 of us and all got our fill. Our server, Emily, was delightful. The ambience was lovely, seated under the stars with a gentle sea breeze blowing. We all agree that it deserves a good recommendation and we also agree that we would eat here again if we ever return to St. Thomas.More infoSeaSaltPrice: Very Expensive• Seafood• St Thomas•4.5
- MMelindaCaribbean •2 reviews5.0Dined 7 days agoThe service & food was excellent. Love the open air restaurants in St Thomas. This was our first time at the Caribbean Fish Market. My husband had the wahoo & I had the grouper. We shared the salad wedge with shrimp & the coconut cake. EXCELLENT!! The calamari was the best we had ever had at any restaurant. The portions are generous so sharing was a great idea! Definitely recommend to anyone looking to explore restaurants. Remember it’s at the Ritz Carlton Resort. We were staying in Peterborg so I don’t know other restaurants there.More infoCaribbean Fish MarketPrice: Expensive• Seafood• St Thomas•4.5
