Experience dining approximately 30 feet below ground in historic caverns that were hand built in the 1800's. Accidentally discovered in 2018 during the building of our parent restaurant, Hudson and Essex, we have refurbished the caverns once used to store beer before air conditioning into a one of a kind dining experience. Every Friday and Saturday night we provide an 8 course dinner with wine pairings from our home winery ( Cypress Hill Winery ) using wines made with California grapes. Prepaid reservation only. Great place for a great meal whether for a special occasion or just for a night out. Our waitress, Jersey, is a real asset to this restaurant. She was great at recommending dinner plates for all courses and she didn’t disappoint with her recommendations. The meatball and arancini were terrific for appetizers. The Salmon was cooked to perfection and the Lemon Tart and Tiramisu didn’t disappoint. Can’t wait to come back and experience some other options.

If you want a quality dining experience, this is the place try. Excellent service and the food was fantastic. Our waiter Reed was the best! And we got to meet the owners and have a wonderful fill-on on the history of the place. Loved the experience.

The food was great! We had a long wait as they had a huge party prior to our arrival but our server was awesome. It was my husband's birthday so because of the wait they up graded a desert for him!!
