The Lindsay Lodge and Restaurant is a destination dining experience in the Applegate Valley. The restaurant is situated next to the Applegate River with a large balcony overlooking the river and beautiful views of the historic bridge. The Lindsay is proud to serve food sourced almost exclusively from the Applegate Valley. Our family first arrived in America from Italy in 1927 by way of Ellis Island. I'm inspired by the traditional approach my Nona took to cooking in our kitchen growing up.​Simple dishes, the absolute best ingredients available, and a lot of love.     This is easily the best restaurant in Medford, and one of the best in the Rogue Valley. The service is impeccable, and they make you feel like a celebrity when you show up. Their wine list is great and their wine service and knowledge are top level. The food is finely prepared, and the whole experience is 1 1/2 to 2 hours, so you are never rushed and there's no feeling that they have to turn your table to get another guest in. Amazing dinner in a beautiful setting.

    My Fiancé and I put in a reservation, stating that our 3 month old would be joining us for date night. I asked that we have indoor seating and they went as far as to put us right next to the fire, my daughter loved it! I ordered the flat iron and my fiancé got the burger. Both of them were top notch and had a more than fair price! Excellent selection of whiskey and wine was available. This place is amazing and this will definitely be our new "go to" spot. Thankyou for providing us with a memorable evening!
