Best experience ever! The sever was incredible and the atmosphere was breathtaking. Food was cooked perfectly must get the Mac and cheese and creamed spinach. Steaks are cooked to perfection

We had a wonderful dinner at Gaia yesterday with my family. The service was truly astonishing—Cesar and Bruno went above and beyond to make the experience personal and memorable. The raw bar tour, along with their detailed explanations, gave us a new appreciation for sustainable fishing practices. The food was exceptional. The bacalao was hands down the most delicious fish I’ve ever had, and I highly recommend the Ensenada Cebiche—fresh, vibrant, and full of flavor. A fantastic dining experience all around!

Sliders were good. Guacamole was good. Mocktails were good, service was great! Ambiance was as 10/10. It was my daughter birthday, they sung to her and gave a free dessert .

What a beautiful setting. We were sitting outside on the terrace and it was just magical. We came in daylight and left after dark and both settings were amazing. The kids loved watching the huge fish and turtles in the river. The food which was traditional Mexican was good but not amazing but they had a kids menu which was a plus. I recommend La Laguna but like all restaurants at Fairmont it's on the pricey side.

A bit too noisy once The band started but other than that a fun night out!
