Restaurants near Days Inn Rock Falls

First time, but will definitely be back. Top notch service and presentation. My steak was cooked closer to medium well and I ordered medium rare, but it was so tender and flavorful I didn’t say anything. All four of our entrees and a couple appetizers were delicious. Just don’t plan on a quick dining once. Our was 75 minutes and we skipped dessert to get downstairs to a concert. Great meal for two for under $200 and that included a nice gratuity.

Molly’s is our favorite restaurant in Northern Illinois and has been for years. Four of us had dinner there last night and all had another amazing experience. It began with Jim as our waiter. He is the most professional waiter we know in the US. The cocktails were creative and perfectly made. We considered only getting appetizers since we could not decide what not to get. We settled on the fries, brussels spouts, and kale salad (all gluten free!). Again, amazing in presentation and taste! Wonderful entrees and desserts finished the evening. It’s a 50-minute drive for us from Dixon, but we will go again soon.

The food was excellent. I highly recommend this restaurant.

I ordered tonic on ice and the bartender decided to put gin in the glass.

I am a platinum rewards member, so it was “all you can eat shrimp” weekend. The food was really delicious. I only ate once, but my husband ate plenty. The service was great, the drinks were good, and the food was seasoned well. We will be back soon.
