Beautiful setting , food was tasty and service was great ! I will be back!!

We had a reservation on Friday night at 8pm. The whole place was buzzing. We had requested Tony to be our server as we have each time we visit. This was probably our 9 or 10th visit. Its our go to when we are in OKC. We were seated promptly and Tony greeted us immediately and took our drink order. Just water and then recalled our favorite wine and brought us a bottle. We enjoyed the Lobstercargo-lobster fixed escargot style with garlic crostini points that were crispy and buttery. No calories or fat here, LOL. My wife ordered the goat cheese and strawberry salad and my daughter and I shared the bone in Ribeye truffle butter compound. We had the mac and cheese with truffles and the Brussel sprouts with bacon and cheese as sides. The sides are table sized so don't over order. We finished the meal with a slice of cheese cake and 3 forks. The noise level is medium but the restaurant is laid out in such a way that it is just loud white noise and you are not able to hear specific conversations or even the occasional loud mouth, but the conversation across the table was perfectly audible. Made for such a great evening. Anyone that asks me where to go for a classy dining spot in OKC always gets the thumbs up on Ranch from me. Just cannot say enough good things. A note to all of you beef afficianadoes. In general order your steak the way you like it. My daughter and I are hard core rare/blue rare steak eaters. My wife is a medium. We ordered the steak medium rare because we all three were going to enjoy some of it. It came out what I call an absolutely perfect medium rare. Warm red center and a great sear on the outside. Hefner Grill is always good.. and the atmosphere is lovely. Friday nights with the live music is especially nice. The food is amazing and one day I will oder something other than the Ritz crusted Cod. It's magical.

Another fine experience at this neighborhood gem. We started with miso soup, savory and rich. My wife had their huge chicken salad. I indulged in the Tonkatsu grilled pork tenderloin. We couldn't stay for dessert this time. But their bread pudding is out of this world. We'll be back!
