Chaplin's Executive Chef and Partner, Myo Htun, is originally from Burma, but was cooking ramen in Japan at a young age. Myo received a blessing from his mentor in Japan after nearly 30 years of cooking in Japan, to come to America and continue to showcase his authentic Ramen and traditional Japanese cuisine. Brought my boyfriend here to celebrate his 40th birthday. We arrived to an opening celebratory warm drink from the chef before being shown to our table. At the table we found a handwritten happy birthday card and proceeded to have the best dinner either of us has had in awhile. It was amazing. Our waiter, Nickoli ( hope I am spelling it correctly) was phenomenal. We loved our time here and left with full belly’s and happy hearts. Much thanks!

The miso ramen and stamina spicy were excellent! We also got the whiskey infused dumplings and the flavors were phenomenal. If you like spicy, ask for the spice bomb to be added to your ramen, it’s got the perfect ghost pepper kick!
