The appetizers, onion soup & tuna poke were delicious. Service was quick at first. For main dishes we ordered a burger for my son, a filet and short ribs. All of the meat was overcooked, we asked for medium on the steak and medium well on the burger. The steak was medium well to well and burger was well to over well. Once we received our food, the service was very slow picking up plates and getting our check. The restaurant began to get a little crowded and seemed our waitress had too many tables at once and couldn't keep up. It was a nice experience but not sure we would return.

Great staff! Great food and really a good price considering other places we ate at in Tahoe this weekend and none compare to the fit and finish of Edgewood Bistro! Loved it!
