Always a great experience at Chez Rosa. Bobby was great to us. Oysters were wonderful. Scallops and Beef Bourguignon were delicious. Top it off with an amazing Crème Brûlée. Can’t wait until next time.

We have been wanting to try this place for a while and was able to get a last minute reservation sitting at the bar. Jonathan was our server/bartender, who made us feel so welcomed as soon as we sat down. We started with cocktails, a Tarantula and a Cocoberry Negroni. Excellent! I love when a cocktail is so good that you feel the need to recreate it at home for houseguests! We shared the Roasted Caraflax Cabbage as an appetizer, which was like a warm Caesar salad flavored dressing over roasted cabbage, and the Papa Huancaina - amazing flavors in both dishes! Our main dishes were the Charred Branzino and the Pepper Braised Oxtail. I thought that the piece of fish was a little on the small side, very thin, but the flavor of the dish was really delicious. The Oxtail was really incredible. I'm pretty sure there was a hint of cinnamon in the dish, which really gave the dish a warm and cozy feel - perfect for a cold February night! I highly recommend this place and will definitely be bringing out of town guests here this summer!

My favorite place to dine for a casual setting in ME. I'm a MA resident that comes to the area once or twice each season and this is my favorite spot open year round

Beautiful restaurant. Fabulous service. Great for special occasions. My only criticism is that it is super expensive if you drink alcohol and appetizer portions are very small. Though overall a great place if you want a special experience

Always a great time...so sad that The Tides closes this weekend. Had to have one more Swordfish with Rissoto dinner. It was magical. See you next May!!!!
