Sugar Factory Tampa will be located at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino at 5223 Orient Road, Tampa, FL 33610. Sugar Factory American Brasserie will be open weekdays from 11 a.m. – 11 p.m. and weekends from 11a.m. – 1a.m. Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be served daily and brunch will be available on Saturdays and Sundays. Sugar Factory Tampa will be located on the Mezzanine level of the casino, overlooking the grand entrance, within the newly opened hotel and casino.     Beautiful restaurant with an interesting history. Excellent menu and the food was fantastic! Had the 1/2 salad and cup of soup lunch. Choose the black bean soup served over rice. Delicious! After we ate we asked about the restaurant history and the assistant manager gave us a wonderful tour. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

    Went for dinner last night. My husband had the pappardelle with lamb and I had the celeriac pirogies. We had the foie gras for dessert. EVERYTHING was amazing!!! Each bite of the food had a different, delicious taste and texture- so darn good!!!! Our waiter, Nate, was terrific. Will be back soon! Thanks!

    The server was great. The food was mediocre. The French onion soup was watery and lacked flavor. The Nashville Hot smash burger was good, but I wouldn't say it was smashed...more like a regular burger. Fries were not fresh.mmprobably sitting around for a bit. The dessert was bad. How do you serve a warm cookie skillet dessert cold? It was hard as a rock and not even warm. We sent it back and left. Doubt we will be back here again!

    Clean, sheek restaurant with friendly staff. First visit here. Thought it would be more of Mediterranean type food. Food service was fast and very tasty that we chose in limited menu ( which we like ). I had GF flank steak while my husband had the wagu steak and we shared sides of potatoes and carrots. It’s a la cart. A little pricey, but do recommend this place.
