At Timber Wood-Fire Bistro, all of our dishes are made from scratch using the highest quality ingredients.     Highly recommend the cocktail Old Fashion on the menu. Appetizer brussels sprouts could have used more balsamic glaze, mixed well and possibly cooked to make a bit crispy. Would not order again. Stroganoff was excellent. Hamburger was huge with good taste not cooked to order but still good. French Fries did not wow my guest. She ordered a Caesar salad which did not arrive, but was not on bill when it came. I would return for a second visit.

    We celebrated our daughter’s college graduation here! It was the perfect experience and setting! The service was amazing and the food fantastic! I recommend the pork pot stickers for sure! I had a sandwich and was very pleased ☺️. Everything was great, can’t pick just one thing!! We will return!!!
