It was my first time here, and Italian food is one of my favorite or to say top of my list when it comes to dining, I really liked the place, I seated by the bar love the vibes so cozy.

I absolutely love the food at Top Hatters, some of my fav in the area. But I really don’t like the QR ordering system, definitely takes away from the experience.

Our waitress was very attentive and friendly. Even though she was busy with other tables, she was keeping up and checking on all of us. Our food came out hot and in a tinely manner.

We love this restaurant. Typically I like to sit in the raised alcove with Italian painted scenes on the wall. However with my husband’s hearing deficit, there is a lot of noise…so we sit in the other areas. The food is great. I consistently choose the calamari piccata, love the capers! We had appetizers of beef carpaccio and fried calamari, along with a lovely wedge salad. Excellent food, great service at reasonable price! The only reason I gave it 4 stars on the food was my husband ordered the beef special, which the waiter said “thin strips of beef wrapped with prosciutto and mushrooms, instead it was ground beef, and more like a meatloaf..disappointing to my husband…

Great for a special occasion. We had the prosciutto wrapped shrimp, dayboat scallops, and the rack of lamb. The food was very good. Service was very good. We plan to try the ribeye and and filet mignon next time.
