Once again an OUTSTANDING experience. So many great places to choose from in this area but we feel CH is at the top! Can’t beat their service, the food and wine are exceptional. My wife raves about the GF menu too. Our server Racheal went above and beyond. Ask for her, she’s the best. That said, I can’t recall that we’ve ever had anything but great servers.

Ambience distracted by tractors out windows scraping sand. But we understand situation. HOWEVER the young girl that sang in the restaurant was unbelievably good. Being a singer and musician, classical and contemporary Christian for more than 50 years, I felt her vibrato and sweet voice was very impressive. The best I heard up and down the beach for the 5 days we were here.

The food and atmosphere was perfect for a special family dinner. Nicole our server was very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. We enjoyed the scallops and sea bass special and both were outstanding. Thank you Nicole and the Hyatt team for a wonderful dinner.
