We went to this restaurant for the first time last night and received the best service I have ever received at any restaurant in the city. You can tell they pride themselves on giving the best service and the best food. Everything we had was incredible and the staff was so kind and generous. Highly recommend.

Amazing service, ladies at the front, repect or my mom in a wheelchair. We were party of 4, everybody had a great time. Food was excellent but service was even better.

The Keg’s prime rib and a wedge salad is my go-to and it was delish as usual. There may/may not have been a slice of Billy Miner Pie involved (who can resist?!)

I can say Earl’s is one of the few restaurants that any location you go to, the quality of food is amazingly consistent. I have been to most locations across the GTA. It was my first time at this Sherway location and surprisingly it was quieter than expected which was great. It was very clean, the customer service from the moment we walked in was exceptional. The bathroom was well maintained! A big thank you to our server in the lounge, Jermaine! He went above and beyond!!

Always enjoy the food. However, when the restaurant is busy, as usual, you can count on waiting unreasonably long for items like additional beverage requests or to ask for a coffee. This has been the case the last 3 visits.
