Charlie was Awesome! Katelyn (I think that was her name) she was super sweet and helpful. She helped box our food and clean our table. Great experience for our 24th wedding Anniversary!

We were greeted by a friendly and welcoming host. Our waiter was impressive with his knowledge of the cuisine and explanation of some customer favorites. We also appreciated the photographer on hand. Her pictures were very well done. Our table purchased four group pictures. The ambiance was beautiful and positive. We enjoyed our time and recommend Kitchen & Kocktails by Kevin Kelley - Charlotte for everyone.

The service was very fast and helpful. We quickly got all of our drinks, appetizers, and main dishes. The waitress was very polite and answered all the questions we had about the menu with ease and clarity. The food was delicious. We ordered the goopy burger and maltagliati. Both of which were good portion sizes for the price and had great flavor.

My experience with Chophouse 101 was exemplary. All staff with whom I interacted were professional, efficient, and friendly. My dinner (6-oz filet mignon, garlic mashed potatoes, and seasonal vegetables) was outstanding - the steak was cooked to perfection, juicy, and could almost be sliced with just a fork. The potatoes were fluffy and flavorful, and the vegetables were tender and juicy. Our server helped with her drink recommendations and she was efficient and courteous. I and my two dining companions (who were as impressed as I was) could not have asked for a better experience at your fine restaurant. We will definitely be back in the future.

We definitely enjoyed our experience at Smooth! The service was very attentive, the food was very good and the ambience was very nice. This is a good choice for a date night, indeed.
