- MMaggieCambridge/Cambridgeshire •10 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoHello This is one of our favourite places to eat in Cambridge and as always the welcome was warm, the service was excellent and e enjoyed a lovely Sunday roast. We have always enjoyed the choice of food at Parker's Tavern and highly recommend it for any occasion.More infoParker's TavernPrice: Expensive• British• Cambridge•4.2

- SSophManchester/Greater Manchester •4 reviews4.0Dined 5 days agoI booked a table for 4 people. There was 3 of us, and a pram (newborn baby so won’t be eating). I’ve eaten in the pint shop plenty of times and seen prams at a number of the tables in the dining room.. but when we arrived I was told that I hadn’t put anything on the booking about a pram, and there was a specific “pram table” which was taken, but they could move us upstairs (with no lift) so we would have to carry a pram and a newborn up the stairs - he’s 2 weeks old so I couldn’t put him in a high chair, etc. She then checked again and the table taking the “pram table” were leaving and we could sit there. The weird thing was, when we got in the dining room only one table was occupied.. the room was empty and a pram would have absolutely fitted by many tables (if you slightly moved the table). I just found all of this really bizarre considering the room was empty with little bookings (open table showed lots of availability), also considering this is a local for me and I’ve eaten here many times and always seen prams at a number of the tables.. was just very strange. It kind of put us off, but throughout the visit the service from the waitresses was fabulous and the food was incredible as always. Will be visiting again but I think if a specific table has to be assigned if you have a pram, it could be worth adding this to your booking form.More infoPint Shop - CambridgePrice: Moderate• British• Cambridge•4.1
