This was our first visit to the Blind Rabbit Kitchen and we will definitely be coming back to try the wide variety of delicious food that they have available on the menu. During this visit we enjoyed the asparagus fries and the out-of-this-world bread basket with butter and honey as our appetizer. Then, we moved on to our entrees - whiskey pork spare ribs/coleslaw/fries and the 15 ounce tomahawk pork chop with in-house mashed potatoes/broccoli & asparagus with salsa and spicy sauce on the side. Presenting the pork chop at the table included the smoking of some rosemary and the table side heating of the chipotle style butter sauce from a serving spoon. Excellent presentation for both entrees on wooden planks, expert service in presenting the rosemary/butter combination for the tomahawk pork chop. For dessert we shared the lemon cheesecake with a thick graham cracker crust and wonderful lemony custard/cheesecake filling. We also highly recommend the margarita "flight" - features 4 of their top margarita offerings with a shot of either tequila or mescal - because there were two of us enjoying the flight we ordered an extra shot of tequila to give the margaritas their full flavor. Thank you for this delicious dining experience. We will definitely tell our friends and family about this wonderful restaurant in Sugarhouse.

Authentic, flavorful, aromatic dishes beautifully presented with exceptional service.

You know how sometimes you'll go somewhere, like a restaurant, and it will be so good that you can't wait to return, only to be disappoined. Last night's dinner, our second visit ever, was the exception. Our first visit was wonderful. And we joked that our next visit would be awful. Well, we finally went back last night and it was spectacular. We had a party of six folks that we treated as a part of their Christmas gifts. The food was fantastic. I had the lamb chops and they were probably the best I'd ever had. Most of the rest of the group had eith Rib Eyes or Filets and one had Salmon. Everyone raved about their meals. Our lead waitperson was Anna and she was assisted by Genesis. They were very attentive, but never intrusive. They really added to the overall experience. If you get a chance to go, by all means do so. I guarantee that you will love it as much as we all did.

Provisions continues its legacy of providing the best food, service, and ambiance in Utah. A must do for Salt Lake foodies or those connoisseurs visiting the great state of Utah!
