Inspired by the city’s historical Saint Nicholas Claim House of 1854, Nick’s Quorum Bar & Supper Club is a modern bar and supper club in downtown Omaha.     Fabulous brunch experience. It was a working brunch today, but a place we will definitely frequent from now on. Fantastic service from seating until the goodbyes. Our greeter/host, server, manager (Alexis) all were wonderful. Service was prompt and friendly. We appreciate the patience and consideration needed to accommodate the ASL interpreting needed for a few in our party. Food was delicious. We went for waffles for 3 of us and avocado toast for one, all very satisfying. Appreciated the parking validation and the mention of a reminder to get it done before we left.

    What a terrific way to have a quiet and intimate up-scale dinner for a reasonable price. The students are rock stars before their time with menu creation and execution of the courses and wine pairings. Great service, also students. Chefs have to learn how to be front of house too as well as back of house. No details large or small are overlooked, either. Fabulous experience and the kind that is paved as such with 6 courses that conversation can be had and courses enjoyed instead of rushed through.
