- JJoeSan Antonio •1 review5.0Dined 3 days agoMy girl and I celebrated Valentine’s Day and our anniversary here and the experience was nothing short of amazing. We opted for an early dinner to avoid the larger evening crowd and were immediately welcomed by a warm and friendly staff. Our server, Sean, was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and engaging in the best way possible. His energy and service made our dining experience even more enjoyable. We started with the lobster bisque, which was rich, savory, and generously packed with lobster meat. The tuna tartare was equally impressive, featuring a perfect balance of citrus and spice. For the main course, I had the bone-in ribeye and she had the filet mignon paired with crab stuffed shrimp. Every bite was a masterpiece! The seasoning, texture, and presentation were top tier. As frequent diners at J Prime, we have high expectations, and I can confidently say that Eddie V’s is on the same level, if not better, in terms of taste and quality. Adding to the experience, the manager on duty, Mike, stopped by our table for a friendly chat. He shared some interesting history about the restaurant and other local steakhouses, making us feel even more connected to the place. Overall, this was a memorable dining experience, and Eddie V’s has officially earned a spot in our rotation alongside J Prime and Bohanan’s. We’ll definitely be back!More infoEddie V’s – Wildfish – San AntonioPrice: Very Expensive• Seafood• North San Antonio•4.8
- LLenaSan Antonio •5 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoI’ve been to many brazilian steak houses with my boyfriend trying to experience them all and this one is by far the best in town. Every single item i tried was rich and flavorful to the point where i was even wanting to try different meats i never have because i knew it would be a waste if i didn’t experience it. If you are going to try any brazilian steak houses make it this one best in texas!More infoChama Gaucha - San AntonioPrice: Very Expensive• Brazilian Steakhouse• Stone Oak•4.9

Fried chicken was tasty but pimento macaroni and cheese was awful and cold. Service was the best.More infoIda Claire - San AntonioPrice: Moderate• Contemporary Southern• Alamo Heights•4.6
- LLonnieUtah •2 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoWe eat at J Prime often. almost always at a bar high top. We were joined by another couple in celebration of my birthday. We had a relaxing and wonderful dinner. Everything from the server to food quality to atmosphere was exceptional. The wives started with cocktails and loved the smokey old fashioned. They each had a slight variation on it, but that alone is a reason for those 2 to enjoy the dinner. Each of us enjoyed a salad (3 beet salads and 1 wedge salad). 3 of us had the kabob and the other had the wagyu steak burger. All of us could not be more pleased with the food. All of this was topped off with the highlight of the meal, a slice of celebration cake. Do not be dissuaded from getting the cake or think that it is something to eat by one. The four of us split the cake slice and didn't finish it. If you are just looking for a late night place for drinks and dessert, you couldn't find a better place to enjoy time in a great atmosphere. If you are looking for the full dinner, the dining room will not disappoint.More infoJ-Prime Steakhouse San AntonioPrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• North San Antonio•4.8
