The Felska’s and the Solvie’s came to Bozeman motivated by the prospect of building or buying a Conference Center.They discovered that the Ramada Inn, (hotel, restaurant, and conference center) was in bankruptcy so they purchased the business. Beautiful dining room at Sage Lodge. Booked a table for the thanksgiving dinner. Very disappointed they ran out if stuffing at 6:45. My plate was mostly Brussels sprouts and dark meat. Meh. Butternut Squash soup was sublime. Dessert which was to be an apple galette was just a pepperidge farm style puff pastry shell with a small amount of apple and ice cream. My husband said his pumpkin cheesecake was simple tasting. Too mild. We’ll go back but for the price, it was a miss.

Overall love Sage. We had lamb tacos and the filling was fabulous but the taco shell fell apart making it difficult to consume. Great ambiance and staff was superb tonight.

We enjoyed sitting at the bar and having a drink. Overall the food was not as tasty as we remembered it, but still, very good. The halibut was cooked perfectly!
