Volario’s serves bold, earthy fare inspired by the pasture-rich terrain and fragrant kitchens across the Italian Alps – right here in the Rocky Mountains. With a menu that changes with the harvest of the season and the catches from the streams, Volario’s surprises the palate with both local produce and faraway flair. The legend in the Grand Valley is as old as the pines that shade the creek. Volario wasn’t from these parts. Grounded in its setting, The Grill at A-Frame Club is a precursor to the classic steakhouse. Our menu brings a farm-to-fire approach with a heavy dose of French Alpine influence that honors time, place, and purpose. Built around a generous wood grill, the restaurant uses nature as a guide and creates space for guests to relax, connect and fill up.The seasonal menu from our Executive Chef Yoni Kolel highlights ingredients from local farmers and producers to bring you a true taste of Colorado.

Staying In Winter Park with Deno’s in walking distance. Perfect not having to get in and out of car in negative temperatures. Sean, the waiter, made sure my dining experience was without waiting. I had the bison short rib which was full of flavor. I would come back, again!
Excellent food and ambience. Although we had a reservation we still had to wait 10 minutes for the hostess to greet us and then another 10 minutes for our table to be ready. The restaurant was far from full. Otherwise a lovely dinner.
A Frame Club is the best restaurant in Winter Park in my opinion. The food is always consistently good! The cocktails are on point. The wine selections are good without being overpriced (for the mountains). The decor and ambiance are quirky/retro/cool. An amazing transformation of an old town WP building.
My date and i made reservations and were excited to arrive at Paella In Winter Park Colorado. upon entry the ambiance was relatively quiet subdued lighting with candles and a very attentive staff. We ordered Tapas which were great, and a lovely bottle of wine. Of note the waiter suggested a bottle that was excellent and actually was not the most expensive wine on the list in its category. The main course was excellent! we did not order any desert of aperitif. The menus was diveerse and had options for beef lovers to chicken and fish to vegetarian. Costs were very much in line with what one might expect at a ski resort but were not overly exorbitant. We very much enjoyed ourselves!
