Restaurants near Gateway Inn Tulsa

Absolutely NO reason to have a DJ playing loud and annoying music in a place trying to offer fine(r) dining. So disturbing. Everyone in the restaurant was over 40 and they were playing crap you’d here in a college bar for kids trying to hook up. Nice waiter but needs to learn how to read the table and not interrupt conversations all the time.

We ordered the stuffed mushrooms, which was a great start. Each of us ordered the filet with a loaded baked potato. We all like our steaks cooked differently from medium rare, medium well to well done. My medium rare was absolutely perfect in taste and cut! My table mates loved their steaks as well. We all agreed that our potatoes were perfectly baked with the right amount of toppings. The only thing left on any of our plates was the skin of our potatoes. Jimmy’s Chophouse has become one of our top three places to eat steak. I would love to try another item on the menu; however, the steak is perfection!

To my knowledge, there is nothing else like Copper Dome in Tulsa. Full meals, other than the 3-course Chef's menu, are available only Friday and Saturday nights. Sundays are reserved for "Sunday Supper," which is a buffet from late afternoon to evening. Other evenings feature a series of small plates. Our group sampled almost all the small plates that were offered. Summarized in one word, "incredible!" Wine list prices are reasonable, and although the list is brief, it offers a fairly broad spectrum of varietal choices. Other plusses are: plenty of FREE parking, attentive waitstaff, and a relaxing atmosphere, although the background music was a little loud for us. We will definitely return--repeatedly, for we are told the menu changes regularly. You do not want to miss this one-of-a-kind restaurant. The entrance driveway is a little difficult to see in the dark, but look for the attractive round Silo sign.

This is a favorite for us, usually do Sunday brunch. Service above and beyond, food excellent, ambiance is wonderful. Love the energy always a great experience

Matt was a great waiter! All the drinks and food were perfect. The crème brûlée for dessert was amazing!!!!
