JJ’s Restaurant is a Vancouver institution. Both the kitchen and front of house are run by students who are in their 2nd level of cook training. Enjoy a three-course a la carte lunch which is reasonably priced and produced with the highest level of passion and care by students with the guidance of their Chef Instructors. I had a reservation through Open Table which was confirmed more than once, but the reservation did not make it to the restaurant. We were quickly seated at the bar and then right away to a table. We waited for quite a long time for service. I had to go up to the host and ask for a server. Once he came around everything was great
