Restaurants near Germantown Golf Course

We are "regulars" at Clyde's Tower Oaks Lodge. We like the variety on the menu and quality of the food, the really excellent service, and the ambiance especially in "The Great Room' which is an authentic Adirondack lodge moved to Maryland. Favorites on the menu include the Icelandic Cod, the Chicken #1 Sandwich, burgers, and their chili (which combined with a side salad is a full meal). Rotating items on the menu which are also great include the French dip sandwich, anything with crabmeat, and various tacos. Their take on a cob salad (linear instead of round) is delicious.

Great service, we got a booth, food all good, except the chocolate dessert. Overall great!

I brought my parents here for my mom's birthday. My parents and I loved the food! Also, enjoyed the atmosphere. The customer service was great too! we will definitely come back to try other dishes!

As always we had a great time dining here after a wine tasting with your lovely sommelier and our waitress Nikea was excellent as well First time dining with son and wife who are new wine club members and they loved the food and experience

The food was excellent as usual, but a VERY noisy office party in the bar area forced us to move to the dining area after we ordered but before we were served. We paid the bill at the bar and were re-seated, and then became "orphans,." At that point, we weren't anybody's guests until I asked to talk to the manager. Not the usual A+ experience at Firebirds.
