Really great first experience at this Earls! Service was excellent from the moment we walked through the door, and our server (Brittany) was the best! She was attentive, patient, and super engaging and smiley. Every person we interacted with was great. Our dinners and drinks were all really delicious. I ordered my steak blue rare and it was cooked perfectly. Really enjoyed chatting with the manager as well. The only comment we all had was that the place was excessively hot inside. This was not helped by the fact that it was super crowded. We would suggest lowering the heat a bit, both for the customers and the staff. We will absolutely be back and look forward to trying more food and cocktails. We have been to several Earls and we thought the service and food here was the best out of the ones we have tried.

Made a reseravation ahead of time and table was ready right away. We were given choice of preference (high-top, booth, etc). Service was very attentive. Got a preservice water within seconds of sitting down, and the server was there within two minutes. His name was Cal and he was speedy, polite but fun, attentive and checked in often (but not toooo much-which is nice). Got drinks within a couple of minutes and topped up glasses in the middle of service. Food was incredible and hot. Vegetarian and non-alcoholic selection was great for my girlfriend which is nice for a brewery style restaurant. Even vegan choices (plant-based selections) was great. Got thanked and good-byes from three staff on the way out. Five stars all around!

We are frequent customers at this restaurant. One key thing that keeps us coming back is the service from the moment we walk through the front door. Highlight is the top notch service we receive from our server Jen.

Everything on the menu is amazing I had steak crab and lobster wife had miso crusted halibut also amazing. And our server Tamara was really good aswell. It was our anniversary and she took care of us. We had mentioned we were from put of town and shared some stories. Highly recommended and will go back
