We make everything on our menu from scratch, every day. We grill over hardwood, not gas, the way that it was a long time ago. It may not be the fastest or least expensive way to do business, but for us, it is the only way. We had an out of town relative with us. I made the reservation that morning. We had an amazing view of the falls. Two people had the salmon and brussels sprouts. They both loved it. I had the lemon chicken. It was outstanding! My husband had the cheeseburger and said it was unbelievable, one of the best he's ever had! The manager came around and greeted us. Our waiter was also very attentive. We will return soon!

While the menu choices appear pricey, I haven't been disappointed in either the prep or taste. The Italian Benedict on the brunch menu is a favorite as are the Crispy Artichokes. The service has always been some of the best of any restaurant I've visited.
