Restaurants near Gulfcoast Wonder & Imagination Zone

Service was exceptional - attentive, quick, friendly, and made certain all was well. We had to wait about five minutes longer than our reservation, no big deal considering how busy they were. Regardless, they brought over two glasses of champagne to apologize for the minor wait was really a surprise and not needed or expected. We ordered a few sushi rolls and they were delicious with the exception of one. We didn’t really care for it--our server notice we weren’t eating that one and asked if we liked it we said not our favorite. He took it away and brought back shrimp cocktail to teplace that dish... again not needed, very surprised and impressed! They certainly went above and beyond to make certain we had a great evening. The ambience there is a really nice, however, the noise level is pretty high. Next time, weather permitting, we will try to sit outside on one of the patios... overall, an excellent experience very impressed. Delicious food, great service. PS Get the carrot cake.

After a very stressful year with back-to-back hurricanes, we decided to splurge for a special Christmas dining experience. The Ritz did not disappoint. The offering of a free glass of Prosecco as we were escorted to our table was a nice touch. The whole experience was like a well oiled machine. Every staff member knew exactly what to do to make the brunch memorable. The food and service were amazing. I can’t easily justify a $175 per person meal, but the charge was appropriate for the caliber of food and service. I hope to make this a yearly tradition!

The service was very good. The restaurant was noisy but not offensively loud. If you were looking for a quiet environment though, this would not be it. The food was very good and portions were quite large. Whether or not it was required to pay for parking in the hotel's parking garage was unclear so I paid $12.00 to park. Restaurant patrons should be able to park free of charge but I paid to ensure my car would not be towed. The hotel should make it more clear as to whether or not restaurant patrons enjoy free parking.
