We were very lucky to have met “The Chef” in the elevator on our way to dinner. After speaking with him, it made my husband want to try the Ostrich and I had the Wagyu. They were incredible and melted in your mouth. We also had the shrimp cocktail and scallop ceviche. we have never seen such beautiful presentation. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. The views are second to none. The cost is on high end and I had to do a little convincing to my husband. We are both glad we treated ourselves.

From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, setting the stage for what turned out to be an exceptional evening. The food was nothing short of amazing—each dish was crafted with care and attention to detail, bursting with authentic flavors that transported us straight to Italy. Whether it was the perfectly cooked pasta, the rich and savory sauces, or the indulgent desserts, every bite was a testament to the chef’s skill and passion. The service was equally impressive. Our server was attentive and friendly, striking the perfect balance between professionalism and genuine warmth. But what truly set this experience apart was the personal touch from the General Manager, Michael Kosov. He came to our table multiple times throughout the evening, making us feel like honored guests. His hospitality and charisma elevated the entire experience, leaving a lasting impression. If you’re in the mood for extraordinary food paired with top-notch service, Italiano is a must-visit. We’ll definitely be back!

No better seafood on the west coast. Pricey, but worth every penny. The service was a cut above from the front desk to departure. We had the extraordinary experience by being served by a truly exceptional server named Hannah. It was a perfect 55th anniversary celebration.

Most adorable server we've had at a restaurant in a long time. He was very attentive and had a wonderful smile. He made good recommendations when asked. Decor is neutral tones. Love that the tables aren't on-top of each other. Lends to having table-only conversations. Food, while unique offerings, was very rich. We ordered the broccolini to thin/healthy the meal out, but it was so covered in toppings that it was hard to identify. That was the only item we didn't end up eating. The calamari were so light and crispy. Not at all chewy. They were perfectly cooked. Our server stated that the idea was to eat family style so everyone gets a taste, but it's certainly not a must. That said, everyone was interested to taste each item...including the final course, a pistachio sundae. Not cheap, but nothing in Scottsdale is.

Kind of a hidden gem. You really don't know about the place. But very pleasantly surprised. Denny was our waiter. Great, knowledgeable, and friendly, without being "to friendly" or overbearing. Started with Calamari and peppers. Crispy, tasty, but a little chewy. Very good though. Then the Ibérica, and Burrata. Outstanding and the flatbread to go with was worth the trip in itself. We were going to have full meals but ate to much of the appetizers. So, decided to get the meatballs and a pizza. Both again were outstanding! The casino needs to let people know about Tash. Will definitely go there again. You think your heading to the parking garage, but it is adjacent to it, and well worth the walk.
