We ended up sitting at the bar. Our servers were great. Per usual, our 1905 salad was delicious! We split a Cuban sandwich, however, it was not as good as we’ve had in the past - very little meat and no pickles on my half. In addition, it would be great if you brought back the table side service for sangria, salad, and the El Chacho steak. It was so wonderful to be able to go out and have an experiece.

I frequently visit Cooper’s Hawk in Sarasota almost every weekend with my fiancée and sister In law, and I can’t recommend it enough, especially thanks to the outstanding service from Shelley and Anthony. They truly elevate the experience with their attentiveness and care. Shelley, in particular, went above and beyond by explaining the wine club membership in such a thorough and engaging way—because of her, we’re now proud members! Anthony is equally fantastic—always with a friendly smile, quick to offer recommendations, and ensures that everything runs smoothly. Every time we visit, the food is consistently excellent, and we always leave satisfied. From the warm welcome to the impeccable service, this place always delivers. I rate it on a 5-boom meter, and this visit definitely earns the full 5 booms!

A fabulous experience! Starting from the warm and friendly greeting received from Angelina to our fun & informative server, Savannah, The food was amazing. The service was fast. The setting was clean & tidy. We would definitely visit again when in Tampa. If there was any thing that could have been improved at all, it was that our table could have been next to a window so that we would have had a nicer view outside. (1st world complaint - right?!! LOL) CHEERS

Date Night tonight. Thoughts: we were seated within 5 minutes after arriving (even though we were 15 minutes early). The place looks high end and was very clean. It is a touch loud but once you settle in you understand the noise level is because everyone is having a sensational dinning experience. Service was incredible!! Heather & Auggie were an amazing team who were flawless! Food was delicious. We had the fillet w/truffle butter, prime NY Steak, loaded mashed, mushroom skillet, and the cookies & ice cream. Each dish was cooked and seasoned to perfection....5 star all the way. My only criticism is that we were seated across from each other and could not sit close together (which is my preference). Meat Market is now officially in our rotation...See you again soon

Thanksgiving dinner at Eaglebrooke has become a tradition for the two of us. Food is very good. You can get a traditional Thanksgiving meal, or branch out and get something different. Many choices. We asked for, and got, a window table and our view overlooking the lake was wonderrful. Seating and service were prompt and attentive. While pricy, the prices are reasonable for such an occasion, much less expensive than the The Terrace, for example.
