The bread was over salted and unappealing. For our entrée, the beef Wellington was good. The dessert— a crème brûlée cheesecake— was not sweet enough. 

The Dahlonega Resort and Vineyard is a hidden gem in Dahlonega, offering an exceptional dining experience. The ambiance is warm and inviting, perfectly complemented by beautiful decor. Our server was attentive and knowledgeable, making us feel welcomed throughout the evening. The food was outstanding: Both my wife and I started with a vibrant lemon champagne vinaigrette salad and savored the pan-seared sea bass, which was cooked to perfection. The white chocolate raspberry cheesecake was a decadent finale! Adding to the charm, a talented jazz guitarist provided soothing live music that enhanced the atmosphere without overwhelming our conversation. Overall, The Dahlonega Resort and Vineyard is a must-visit for delicious food, great service, and a lovely ambiance. My wife and I can’t wait to return!

Olivia and the cooks did a superb let a wonderful Valentine experience. My husband had fish/grits/sautéd spinach and I had the trout/braised Brussel sprouts. Both dishes tasted excellent! Our waitress Olivia was very knowledgeable with presenting the specials for the evening and her customer service skills were above average! We highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who is looking for a great meal for any occasion!

Overall our experience was great. We were celebrating my wifes birthday and Valentines day! The crab and shrimp dip was awesome. We had the jalapeño mac in cheese and the resoto to share. All the portions where very large. We both order steaks. A ribeye and a filet. When they came out they were both cold. The waiter reacted perfectly. She took them back and had us new staeks out very quickly that were hot and cooked to perfection. The night was still perfect. Things can happen its life. No hard feelings and would recommend everyone to give this place a try. 5 stars in my book. Thank you for a wonderful evening!

CB&T never disappoints!!💖 We were graciously greeted by Earl and enjoyed a fabulous Valentine's celebration meal for our 4th year in a row at CB&T. Hosted by Kaitlyn and our server Anna Grace, we were doted on throughout the evening. The bone in beef filet was cooked to perfection by Chef Jason. We also had the chopped green salad and brulied sweet potatoes. To complete our meal, we enjoyed the delectable apple cinnamon cake with ice cream. Throughout the evening we were seranaded with live music by Luke Riley Smith. Just delightful 😊 Thank you for the fabulous memories, CB&T. Ken & Margaret 💖
