He served both Jimmy Carter and Ronald Reagan as Chef de Cuisine at the Georgetown Club in Washington, D.C., and served as Executive Chef for the Inaugural Banquet for President Nelson Mandela in South Africa.He is a member of the Confrérie de la Chaîne des Rôtisseurs 1248-1950, the American Culinary Federation, and the Gruppo Virtuale Cuochi Italiani.     We went to Rosebuds to celebrate my birthday. There were four of us, my daughter, my granddaughter and my husband. The place is beautiful. The service was excellent. Everyone enjoyed their meal. My husband and daughter had steak. My granddaughter had lamb chops, which were delicious (we shared). I ordered the beef ribs Bolognese, which was excellent except for one exception you could hardly find any beef ribs in it. The waitress did tell me that it would be a bowl of pasta with the beef interspersed throughout it however, there were only 2 to 3 pieces in it, that was very disappointing especially at the price point. Other than that, our experience was wonderful. The cocktail I had was good.

    White castles for Valentine’s Day has become a tradition for my family. We started before COVID and my grands and I would attend. Well COVID happen and it was paused. This year decided to go back to what we knew. I invited my mom and also got my daughter and her fiancée to participate. It truly was a great time.

    We had an absolutely fantastic time! We have been celebrating Valentines Day at White Castle for about 8 years! Our server was ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING! She was incredibly kind! Our food order was perfect! Everything was delicious! The manager walked around to every table and greeted everyone. It was a beautiful Valentine’s Day celebration meal! Definitely will be continuing this tradition!
